Born in Oita, raised in Oita, Shiitake shop that has lasted for 100 years Born in 1901 in Kokonoe-machi, a mountainous area surrounded by nature in western Oita Prefecture, as a producer of raw wood shiitake mushrooms. Since then, we have been involved not only in cultivation but also in the production and distribution of dried shiitake mushrooms to the market, and the development of processed products. Since our founding, we have maintained this desire to "only be authentic" and will not change in the past, and we believe that we have a mission as a company to pass on the "authenticity" to the next generation. |
