"SAZANKA" produces sweet potatoes specifically for baked sweet potatoes at our own farm in Miyazaki Prefecture, producing 250 tons of frozen baked sweet potatoes annually. We are committed to the soil, water, and baking process. This dedication results in a safe and delicious baked sweet potato. The flavor of our baked sweet potatoes, grown on our farm, is characterized by a "refreshing sweetness that overflows with honey and a smooth texture." In addition to baked sweet potatoes, we also produce and offer OEM services for sweet potato products such as candied sweet potato strips (Imo Kenpi), sweet potato chips, dried sweet potatoes, and sweet potato paste. We have won first place in Japan's largest sweet potato competition and have received numerous awards at various food contests. We also appear frequently in the media, with over 20 appearances on terrestrial TV annually. |
