we handle the entire process from cultivating sweet potato seedlings and preparing the soil to processing, wholesaling, and selling roasted sweet potatoes. moving forward, we plan to expand our product lineup, centering on kinmitsuhime a roasted sweet potato that overflows with syrup and boasts a peak sugar content of 84 degrees. even as the production of fresh sweet potatoes declines in kagoshima prefecture, we aim to produce and commercialize delicious sweet potatoes, sharing the message with the rest of the country and the world that kagoshima sweet potatoes are truly exceptional. |
