旬の糸島野菜を贅沢に使った「糸島野菜を食べる生ドレッシング」を手がける糸島正キは正木夫妻が立ち上げたブランド。二人が福岡県糸島市に移り住んだのは6年前、その野菜のおいしさに魅了されました。糸島正キを立ち上げたきっかけは商品開発責任者でもある社長の奥様。幼少の頃からアトピー性皮膚炎を患っていたこともあり、化学調味料を使わない母の手作り料理で育ちました。母のシンプルな素材の料理が基本になって徐々に改善し、食育に対する意識へ繋がっています。 ”糸島の食材”と”食への想い”がいっぱい詰まったもの。それが糸島正キです。"
