有川町漁業協同組合は長崎県の五島列島にあります。主に定置網操業を行っており、水揚げされた魚は近くの水産加工場にて処理しますので、鮮度も良く良い加工品が仕上がります。 水産加工場では飛魚を原料にした加工品（だし用や調味塩）を多く製造しております。他には少量でありますが干物やいかの加工品も製造しております。 最近は海藻の加工品にも取り組んでおり、乾燥のヒトエグサやこれを使用した調味塩も製造しています。

Arikawacho Fisheries Cooperative is located in the Goto Islands of Nagasaki Prefecture. They mainly operate using fixed net fishing, and the fish they catch are processed at a nearby fishery processing plant, which ensures that the fish are fresh and of high quality. At the fishery processing plant, they manufacture many processed products (for soup stock and seasoning salt) using flying fish as an ingredient. They also manufacture small amounts of dried fish and squid products. Recently they have also started processing seaweed, producing dried Hitoegusa and seasoning salt using it. |
