四川料理 竹林亭は、熊本で創業24年を迎える本格四川料理店です。陳建民氏の孫弟子で、令和6年度県功労賞を受賞した料理人が、長年培った技術を生かして商品を開発。来店客の約8割が注文する看板料理・麻婆豆腐をもとにした「麻婆豆腐の素」や、8種類の香辛料を使用した「自家製ラー油」を製造し、店舗販売のほか、委託販売や催事販売にも取り組んでいます。

Sichuan Cuisine Chikurintei is an authentic Sichuan restaurant in Kumamoto with a 24-year history. Our chef, a second-generation disciple of Chen Kenmin and a recipient of a prefectural award for distinguished service in fiscal 2024, develops products based on his many years of experience and expertise. Our signature mapo tofu is ordered by approximately 80 percent of our customers. We produce Mapo Tofu Sauce and Homemade Chili Oil made with eight carefully selected spices. Our products are sold at our restaurant, through retail partners, and at special sales events. |
