MAEKAWASUISAN CO., LTD. is a seafood company based on Amami Oshima Island, Kagoshima, Japan, with approximately 80 years of history. We specialize in sourcing, processing, and distributing high-quality seafood caught in the waters around Amami Oshima, supplying premium restaurants, hotels, and passenger ships throughout Japan. Building on our long-standing expertise in seafood selection and processing, we have also expanded into the development and production of value-added food products. Through products that showcase the rich ingredients of Amami Oshima and the distinctive umami of Japanese cuisine, we are working to expand our business both in Japan and international markets. |
