We introduce a fusion of traditional and innovative miso from a time-honored miso brewery with over 100 years of tradition in Fukuoka. Not limited to miso soup using traditional soybeans, salt, and koji, we also present a new sensation of miso that is easy to use and expands the variety of flavors. Moreover, in order to pass on the tradition of miso to future generations and strive for a more sustainable society, we are committed to the production of miso using organic ingredients . (ISO 22000 certified, organic JAS certification). |
